The customer undertakes to provide truthful information when placing an order. We undertake to deliver the ordered products in the described quality. The customer is responsible for the proper use of the products. All design elements and trademark rights to the offered products remain with phonecasesclub.com or the respective rights holders.
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and only for the typically foreseeable damage. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This limitation of liability does not apply in the event of injury to life, body, or health.
Payment is made according to the options indicated during the ordering process. Statutory rights of withdrawal apply. There is no entitlement to a refund beyond the statutory periods. All prices are in Euro including statutory value-added tax and plus any shipping costs. Errors and price changes reserved.
We reserve the right to adapt these GTC as well as our services and product range. Customers with existing contractual relationships will be appropriately informed of significant changes. The customer may object to the change, which may lead to the termination of the contractual relationship. Either party may terminate the usage relationship for good cause without notice.
